Partnering Kam Ling Kar, the duo scored 276.78 to clinch gold at the Wisma Belia Aquatic complex in Kuantan with Federal Territories' Nur Dhabitah Sabri-Loh Zhiayi taking silver on 243.69.
Third were Selangor's Adeline Chin-Ng Zheng Ni with a total score of 229.79.
The 17-year-old, who won her first ever Games gold medal in the 1m springboard individual on Saturday, said she was delighted with the result but still had unfinished business in Kuantan.
"I am delighted with our result. As a pair who have been competing together for so long, this is definitely our best performance to date," said the Bukit Jalil Sports School student.
"This is my third Malaysia Games and the first time I am taking part in all five events.
"Although I know it will be hard, my target is to win all five which will hopefully earn me a spot in the World Junior Diving Championships (in Adelaide) later this year."
The Ipoh-born Jasmine, who has been diving since the age of eight, will also be competing in the 10m platform individual, 3m springboard individual and 3m platform synchronised events.
The men's 10m platform synchronised event saw Sarawak's Pardika Indoma-Abd Rashid Muhammad clinch the gold with a 357.30 total score while, as expected, national diver Ooi Tze Liang eased to the gold in the men's 1m springboard individual event with a 351.00 total score.
