The duo chalked 322.20 points to finish behind China's Li Huixia-Si Yajie, who amassed 338.64 points. Russia’s Yulia Koltunova-Natalia Goncharova took the bronze with 308.22 points.
It was the first medal for the duo in 12 months.
Pandelela, who picked up a second straight National Sportswoman of the Year award on Tuesday before flying out to Edinburgh, last stood on the podium with Mun Yee in Moscow in April last year.
They took the bronze medal for the synchro discipline.
